Adam Davis, MBA
Managing Partner
Adam earned an MBA from St. Thomas University in 2020. He has started two businesses and has managed several others. He has an extensive sales career in pest control and solar and has always had a passion for real estate.
Adam purchased his first rental property in 2017. He has experience purchasing real estate in multiple states and differing asset groups.
Allen Davis, JD
Partner
Allen graduated with his JD from Brigham Young University. Business is second nature for Allen. He has been COO and CEO for several MLM companies including being CEO of Forever Green, an international publicly traded company. He has also started a couple of his own and invested in several other companies. He brings years of legal and financial expertise to Earn Portfolios. He has been investing in real estate since 1990.
Micah Buczek
Partner
Micah is the owner and managing broker at Harvest Realty and the president and owner of Providence Investments. Micah has been in real estate for 13 years and has been fix-and-flipping houses for the past several years. Micah brings lot of experience in the real estate space.
Bobby Delacruz
Partner
Bobby's educational background in Real Estate has fueled his passion for land development, urban development, and agriculture agronomics and sustainability over the last 20 years. He is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for a private equity company. While building a strong pipeline of capital partners, family offices, and investment partnerships, Bobby brings a strong component in the financial space to Earn Portfolios.

Zach is extremely tied into the community and has a great understanding of the real estate market. He also has a substantial network that has shown immense interest in this unique approach to real estate.
